Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY ADDRESS & CONTACT DETAILS: Please make sure that the delivery address and contact details you provide to us are correct. Registered Mail requires a signature on delivery; it is the your responsibility to make sure an authorised person is present to receive the goods. After placing an order with us you will receive a confirmation email with the full details of your order. We will notify you by email when your payment is received and again when your order is dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME (2-7 business days): Estimated delivery time to capital cities and surrounding areas is 2-5 business days from date of dispatch. Delivery to remote and rural areas may take a further 1-2 days. We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our control including but not limited to transport and mail strikes and natural disasters. Please note that no items will be dispatched until payment clears in full.

POSTAGE & HANDLING: A flat fee of $14.30 for postage will be charged within Australia. A $15.00 restocking and handling fee will be charged if goods are returned for credit.

PROOF OF DELIVERY: Registered Post comes with a receipt of postage and requires a signature on delivery. We use this method of delivery to protect your item from loss or damage. Should you require proof of postage at any time please email: admin@distcountdistoshop.com.au and we will send you a copy. Should you require proof of delivery please ask for the Registered Post tracking number.

RETURNS POLICY: We accepts returns on faulty goods only. Please email: admin@discountdistoshop.com.au to discuss the return of faulty items. For faster service, please include the following information in the email: customer name, invoice number, item name and the reason for the return.

Faulty items can be returned within 14 days from the invoice date. It is at our discretion to give a credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Please note that manufacturers restrictions may apply to some products. After 14 days the manufacturers warranty only applies.

Returns are only accepted with a valid invoice number. All products for return MUST be 100% complete with ALL original packaging: including but not limited to all manuals, warranty cards, accessories and packing materials. Shipping charges on returned items are the customers responsibility.

We will only pay for the return shipping on replacement items. For your own protection it is strongly recommended that you fully insure return items in case of loss or damage. We recommend Registered Post as it provides insurance and requires a signature on delivery. Please note if returned goods are tested and found not to be faulty a $25 non-fault fee will apply.
